During this 4-week series, you will learn a wide variety of basic meditation techniques. Taught by Mira Rostami, a Naturality meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience, you'll learn about:

How & why meditation works (the science of meditation), various meditation techniques, how to cultivate a home practice, posture & when to practice & you'll get an opportunity to ask questions & engage in dialogue.
