Body Brave: A Spotlight on Eating Disorders

During Mental Illness Awareness Week (October 2nd - October 8th), Body Brave will be running a free session on the McMaster University campus with a focus on Eating Disorders.

The Student Wellness Centre Outreach Team will be hosting Body Brave for this one and a half hour session. Sonia will lead a Yoga & Mindfulness workshop, presenting on body image, disordered eating, eating disorders (educational theory and skills to help recover from these issues).

Please arrive promptly for the event to begin at 5:30pm. The event will take place in the SWELL (MUSC B118).

Remember to bring a Yoga mat and dress comfortably.
