Karen Trollope is a family physician with more than 30 years of experience in practice. She presently works at the Grand River Community Health Centre in Brantford. She has a particular interest in the application of mind-body medicine techniques to treat eating disorders as well as anxiety and depression. Karen has training in therapy techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural therapy (DBT).
Karen is also a published author. She just released her memoir, Cloud Messenger, which has won a Canada Book Award. Check out her new book HERE
