This 9-week program is focused on skill-building, behavioural change and insight development.

For those in active recovery. This group meets every week to discuss topics around how to maintain recovery.

A 5-week mindfulness and skill building program. 



Our psychotherapists offer tools that will help those suffering from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, eating disorders and disordered eating



Join us for one of our hour long yoga classes offered by trained yoga teacher, Sashaina. Calm the body and mind through movement.


Becoming Body Brave: A boDy image workshop

This 2-session program offers tools and skills to help you begin to heal your relationship with your body. 


Paint and meditate

A workshop blending art with meditation. Tap into your creativity with colours as you relax using meditation techniques.

Knitting socially with others can provide a sense of belonging, reduce stress and lead to improved social confidence.
