An open support group that addresses a different topic relevant to recovery. A focus on increasing motivation and skill building.

Join us for one of our hour long yoga classes offered by trained yoga teacher, Sashaina. Calm the body and mind through movement.

Having a family member or friend with an eating disorder can be an extremely difficult and confusing experience. We offer individual psychotherapy.
