Meal time is one of the most challenging parts of building & maintaining a healthy relationship with food. Learn how to deal with the anxieties of mealtimes in a safe, supportive setting. Please bring your own meal. We do not have restrictions of what foods can be brought & there will be no judgements made on meal choices. We respect where you are on your journey to recovery. Conversation will not focus on weight, shape, calories or numbers of any kind. Tea & water will be available.
