Meal planning can be a daunting task but an essential one during recovery. Join Body Brave to plan your next 3 meals or a week's worth of meals- it's up to you & where you are in your recovery. You'll receive peer support, skills & a safe space. Reference materials, handouts & templates will help to make the process easier. Please note that we simply offer suggestions & do not require anyone to follow a certain plan. We acknowledge that what's right for someone else may not be right for you.
