Skill Building Group

These 60-minute sessions will offer participants 3 new skills per week shown to be effective in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating and body image issues. Participants will walk away with a set of tools they can put into practice right away. The efficacy of these skills is backed by evidence-based research. Skills offered come from a wide range of approaches including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Yoga & Mindfulness.
