Knitting socially with others can provide a sense of belonging, reduce stress and lead to improved social confidence. Bring your needles and unfinished projects and join us weekly for an informal knit and chat night. If you can’t knit, come anyway and we’ll show you the basics. We are body positive, inclusive space. Open to anyone looking to engage in relaxing self-care!
